General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello there
if you are symptomatic then the findings are suggestive of acute bronchitis and need a course of antibiotics.
However a CT chest may be required to add more information after a week of antibiotic and decongestive therapy.
Please stop smoking if you do.
hope this advise was useful
